  1. Hey Lize, I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know I appreciate your blog. I'm also a female runner with a history of anorexia. I'm on running hiatus atm but look forward to my return as inspiration to get well. There are many who advocate that someone with an ED history who abused running should not ever run again but I refuse to buy into that bleak future. It is good to know I'm not alone; I actually appreciate the challenge of taking back possession of the sport I love in a healing way.
